Location, Parking & Transportation: The Wilcox Warehouse is in downtown Boone 100 yards away from the App State REC center, one street over from River Street. These units are beside Boone’s newest restaurants and shops. There is an Appalcart bus stop close to the property. The location is ideal for walking to class and ASU’s many exciting sporting events; you will rarely need your car. Parking is not offered at this downtown location, contact us for additional parking options.
