Vineyard property has 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and 4 bedroom townhomes. The nine apartments offer wood floors, air conditioning, washer, dryer & dishwasher, and vaulted ceilings on the top floor units. The fifteen townhomes have a washer, dryer & dishwasher and a deck on the second floor. Each tenant receives 1 parking pass, and each unit shares 1 visitor pass.

Location, Parking & Transportation: Ideal location off of King Street just past the Watauga County Courthouse, for easy walking to campus and downtown Boone. There is also access to Appalcart for transportation around campus and Boone. Each tenant receives 1 parking pass, and each unit shares 1 visitor pass.
