Location & Transportation: Right off of Highway 421 and Highway 105 in Boone. This property is farther from campus, but it is possible to walk to class and downtown Boone. There is also Appalcart available for transportation.

Utilities: Power, water & sewer, basic expanded cable and trash pick-up, which are included with rent. There is a usage cap on power & water. Also includes Housekeeping!
