IS THIS AN EMERGENCY?
An emergency is a situation hazardous to your health or the property that cannot wait until the next business day. Please use the list below as guidelines for an emergency request:
1. Fire
2. Water flooding or streaming into the unit
3. No heat during winter months
4. No water
5. Refrigerator stops working
If your concern is not one of the above issues, please complete the Work Order form to the right, which will be addressed during regular office hours. Your work order should be resolved within 24-48 hours. If your issue requires additional time to resolve, you will be notified of the status by Winkler staff.
